Based in North Thailand we grow and roast only premium organic arabica coffee. Our coffee is shade grown to the strictest organic standards at an altitude that produces the best quality beans. Shade coffee is not only ecologically friendly, it is also better tasting. Our coffee fruits are allowed to mature slowly, allowing the natural sugars in the coffee beans to fully develop, creating a rich, intense flavor.

At present we work predominantly with the Karen hill tribes due to our connections with them and their traditional focus on caring for the environment. They have a great respect for natural resources and are skilled in working in harmony with the land. Other hill tribe groups, who often liberally use chemicals on their crops, will be recruited and educated as to the benefits of organic farming.
